Ya know how, in IE, you can just hit ESC to stop people's annoying-ass animated icons from .. animating?
Can you do that in Firebird? And if so, how?
I know you can make them only play once, but I'd like the real-time option.

Type about:config in the URL bar and press Enter.
Look for image.animation_mode then right click>Modify>
and set Value to none>OK>close the browser>launch
the browser>test animation display.

yeah, download the extension: http://texturizer.net/firebird/extensions/#ttlo
and then got to tools>more options>animated gifs

Bug 213377, it has a patch, but it hasn't been checked in yet.
