'Downlaoding Xtra Package File'...Or is it?

Some shockwave needed things get stuck at 'Downloading Xtra Package File'. I've waited for nearly an hour!
I have the latest Shockwave Player and Flash for Firefox but it made no difference. I am running the latest Firefox (1.5)
Anyone know how to fix this problem? Surely I am not the only one but the search reveals nothing.

The way I read it, those Xtras only apply to Shockwave 8.x. They are included in the latest Shockwave Player.

No luck.
I've searched for hours to find a solution and I hardly got anything.

Just keeping this up incase someone who knows of a solution comes across this and helps.

I do have the latest Shockwave for Firefox.

Hey guys this still happens with FirreFox 2.

Any solutions yet?

It just gets stuck at Adobe Shockwave logo and at the bottom it either says "connecting to download.macromedia.com" or "downloading Xtra package..." but I wait for an hour and nothing happens!
