Active X Controls

Are there any programs compatible with Mozilla that prevent harmful active x controls from downloading? Is there a way to get SpyBot to work with Mozilla?

Mozilla itself is a program compatible with Mozilla that will prevent harmful ActiveX controls from downloading

Mozilla won't allow the installation of ActiveX controls so you need no other app.

Like Jacob said, activeX is one thing (among others) you won't have to worry about with Mozilla.

Unless you install Neptune or another experimental plugin (not advised) to enable activeX, it will not run in Mozilla or Firebird.
