Most of us speak english and do not support non-ascii charsets.

Maybe you could find someone who could translate your question for you? Or have a go in English -- there are lots of non-native speakers among us.

righyman meant to say:

We've seen this bug before. It is because they are including a lot of XML at the top of the document.

This results in <a href="http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http%3A%2F%2Fdl.pconline.com.cn%2Fhtml%2F1%2F4%2Fdlid%3D414%26dltypeid%3D1%26pn%3D0%26.html&charset=%28detect+automatically%29&doctype=HTML+4.01+Transitional">invalid html</a>

The pages are written in Microsoft XML Data Island style which is invalid html.
You can only request the author of that site to write using this way to compatible with Mozilla.
