Can't activate security?

Post by Guest »

I'm using Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.5) Gecko/20031007 Firebird/0.7, running on WinXP
I've been using this particular version since ~Aug/Sept with no problems. All of a sudden now I'm getting errors when I open Firebird and when I try to use a site in which SSL is used (says can't access this page because it's not turned on). Well it IS on. I tried downloading Firebird again, and copying over the old files. No change. I installed it in a different location and ran it. No change.
I've tried Netscape 7, and IE 6, and they both work fine still.

I don't know what else to try. Should I reinstall Windows? I really love Firebird, and don't think I can do without it now.
Thanks

Thanks, that did the trick. It said the error may have been there, but I thought it meant the profiles folder in the MozillaFirebird folder.

Thanks again.
