When does Mozilla support HTML-Editing?

When does Mozilla support HTML-Editing?

Since IE5 is's possible to create onlineforms with HTML-content e.g. for creating emails with HTML-format. I'm a programmer of an Online-CMS so it would be cool, if Mozilla does support HMTL-Tags. Actually my CMS is running only with IE :-(

Mozilla has Midas for enhanced editing capablities.
