MozillaFirebird-default for icaclient

MozillaFirebird running on top of Fedora in ltsp..I need to have zmozFir default to using /usr/lib/ICAClient/wfica to open citrix applications. when spcified from "open with" -->Other it works fine..I have tried taking a properly working .MozillaFirebird directory and placing it in /etc/skel to no avail..teaching 1200 users to navigate there is a formidable task..Thank you for any suggestions
