What sort of man would put a known criminal in charge of a major branch of government? Apart from, say, the average voter.

Did you read Malliz's link? Try downloading to the desktop, then installing from there.

I personally would try RIGHT click, save link as, and save to desktop.

Then go to Tools>Addons>Themes, and drag/drop the new file on your desktop to the open space in the Themes dropdown. Once it's installed, click the button that says "use theme" and restart Firefox.

Sorry if the path isn't correct, I'm not on Windows and I'm assuming you are.

Links on this forum show in pale Teal colour, and underlined. Just click it to get to the new page.

Jesus!
now my posts are disappearing.

i d/l it with I.E.7 and sent it to my download folder that i have on C:/drive;

then i moved it to the desktop with the unlocker.exe and launched the Firefox 2.0;

re-sized the browser window and then dragged the component to the open area as you suggested in the drop down for the add-ons.
the inoculation TOOK.
and the theme ,Noia 2.0 extreme is running right now.

skwij's advice worked for me, too. The official Firefox suggestions did not. I'm running Whitehart now, and will download other extensions later. I only had problems with a few.

Solved!

Bump, as there's a few posts asking this same question on pages 1-3 currently (this thread "was" on pg 4).

Rather than d/l or use IE, at least try Opera until you get Fx the way you want it. No, I'm not a fangirl of Opera, but anything's preferable to IE, IMO.
