WHY THE PICTURES LOOK BAD ???

Iused the new version internet explorer before...but the pictures show up on the browser allways look bad so I need right click then choose "display all images with full quality" any time I open another window...Thats why I have to go with firefox....But the same thing happen...BAD PICTURES QUALITIES AND DONT KNOW HOW TO RESET IT..Please teach me how to reset to high quality pictures

But, let me guess. You're using a web accelerator with a dialup connection.

"display all images with full quality". Never seen that in Firefox. Must be some third-party program or extension.

You need to turn off the web accelerator / superspeed / whatever your ISP calls it so you will get good images.
Call your ISP if you can't figure it out.
