I've been having problems with Mozilla's latest version for months. It suddenly would cause the whole system to re-boot. Then my bookmarks were gone. This occurred several times.

Recently, it caused an Enhanced On-access Anti Malware Protection erro message, as well as, making the entire computer a mess. So, I uninstalled two versions of Mozilla that were on my system. One version uninstalled via add/remove programs. The other did not, nor did it respond to it's own uninstall. Finally, I just deleted to the recycle bin.

Today, because my family seems to want Mozilla, I again downloaded and installed the latest version. To my surprise, all my tabs were still in place as was the theme I was using. So, I guess I really didn't get all of Mozilla uninstalled.

Any ideas how I can REALLY get all of Mozilla off my computer?

See http://kb.mozillazine.org/Uninstall_firefox
In particular the section about removing profile data as well as the program.

I uninstalled Mozilla from my Windows XP, but still get the 'Security Error: Domain Name Mismatch'! They are all 'trusted sites'! I even got the pop-up on while on this site! It crashes my computer and freezes it to the point it enters 'safe mode'! I have done a Destructive PC Recovery on the system 9x in one week! C'mon! I still can't get rid of it! I want it off my computer! I can't read my e-mail! I can't do my banking! I can't send in my exams for school! I can't do my job! All because of Mozilla? You people need to either make a patch to fix the issue, or make it easy to remove from the computer! I'm not hiring anyone to do this either! And this IS a new computer too! I can't believe this Mozillla is such a nightmare to deal with! I WANT IT OFF MY COMPUTER FOREVER! And, I'm not going to buy anything because I can't do my job so I can't get paid!

Look, the problems you're having are not related to any Firefox install you had.

If you have problems uninstalling Firefox, see http://kb.mozillazine.org/Uninstalling_Firefox

Just like posted by Quarantine above.

Did you know the rather old Netscape version your using was based on Firefox 1.0.5 ?
