You are being redirected. I suspect a virus or spyware is doing that for you.

Okay, So I ran Spybot, Webroot, and AVG anti virus for the second time in two weeks. Nothing changed. What do I do next?

Check with your ISP. The redirection is happening outside of the control of Firefox.

ISP ( Charter) say there is nothing go on. I'm still gettin this:

The page isn't redirecting properly

Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.

I just spent on hour and a half with Microsoft and they could not fix the problem for IE7. You mentioned the ISP. We ran pings and they came back with no problem
