Trouble Installing Firefox - Error opening File for Writing

Hello,

I'm running on Windows XP and I've been having trouble installing Firefox. I had uninstalled Firefox previously from the Control Panel and tried to re-install it again. During the setup process, when it was installing "A Little Housekeeping", I got this message that said "Error opening file for writing: C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\Firefox.exe" Click retry to try again or cancel to stop the installation"

I clicked retry several times but I kept on getting the same message. Can someone please tell me what the problem is and how I can fix this problem? I have 32.7 GB free space on my C: drive.
