Can't sign in to Consumer reports

Post by ApplePie »

Hello Everyone,

I can't sign in to consumer reports.
I am on Firefox 2.0.0.13.
I have allowed cookies. I have Javascript turned on.
I am allowing pop-ups for this site.
When I go here:
http://www.consumerreports.org/cro/index.htm
My login id and password are entered correctly.
from the saved passwords, But when I press the
Sign-in button, nothing happens.

I can log in to every other site that requires a
user id and password.

I have logged into Consumer reports with no problem in the
past using Firefox.

I can log in using IE, no problem.

I called Consumer reports, they said that I should
have no problem signing in using Firefox.

Does anyone know of this problem?

Thanks in Advance,

Laurence

If you are still having problems delete any cookies that have to do with the site. Tools --> Options --> Privacy, Show Cookies button

I found out what it was.

I was allowing cookies for consumerreports.org,
but I also needed to allow cookies for ec.consumerreports.org and a.consumerreports.org.
