Hey all, got 3 on download day, and cant figure out what is going on. If I right click on anything in FF it crashes. I've sent the crash report a couple times, but was wondering if anyone else was having the problem and if a temp fix had been found.
Thanks

What extensions do you have installed ??
Try starting Firefox in Safe Mode http://kb.mozillazine.org/Safe_Mode If Firefox runs normally in Safe Mode, then try disabling all your addons, and enabling them one at a time until you find the one that is crashing Firefox... i followed that and figured it out. It was Free Download Manager Plugin 1.0 that was causing the error. I have it disabled until an update is done. Or if I find I don't need it, I'll just install. Thanks for the quick response.

It was Free Download Manager Plugin 1.0.
Go here: http://groups.google.com/group/mozilla. ... f?lnk=raot " was indicated by one person (not in this newsgroup)" go to Tools, Add-Ons, Extentions. You should see Download Manager Plugin 1.0. select disable. that should do the trick. good luck.

I don't have free download manager, and my firefox doesn't crash completely, it just comes to a screeching halt. This can happen with any link that i try to open in a new tab (even Google).
