I'm a baseball fan and like to use ESPN's Gamecast feature. If you're not familiar, it opens up a new window that updates the game after each pitch. The problem is that about 80% of the time I open the window it freezes that window and the Firefox window that I linked from. On the times that it does open and work properly, it often opens up two windows instead of one.
If you're curious, click on this link and then select any of the options for "Gamecast Pitch by Pitch Coverage" (There has to be a game being played or the option won't be available.)

So, does anyone have an idea on how I can address this?
