Stop messages download for unsubscribed IMAP folder

TB 60b10 seems to download these folders anyway no matter what - I unsubscribed from those and they are not selected for offline use and yet it is downloading message headers, how to stop that?

Ah, worth mentioning I enabled showing unsubscribed IMAP folders in "advanced".

Select the checkmark to "show only subscribed folders" in the advanced server settings for the account. That should hide any folders that are unsubscribed. if the folder is not listed in the folder pane, Thunderbird should ignore it and not download any headers (or messages) for it.

Selecting "show only subscribed folders" is exactly what I want to avoid. It looks looks like "advanced" in "sync & storage" does the trick though so I am good and moving to the beta forum with another question
