MoreFunctionsForAddressBook
I have added MoreFunctionsForAddressBook to Thunderbird, but I am at a loss as to how to add more Address Book columns. I understand the "Custom 1" box, but I have no idea what to put in the "Related vcard field" box.

You don't have to put anything in that field. It's optional and could be used if you export contact data to vCards and wish to include the added field to the output.
