I can;t send or receive email using Thunderbird. I don't know if this is a TB problem. I get the following error message:
Unable to establish TLS connection to POP3 server. The server may be down or may be incorrectly configured. Please verify the correct configuration in the Server Settings for your mail server in the Account Settings window and try again.
This happens when using either Windows 10 or Linux. This is something that is new because TB has been working fine. I have not made any changes to Thunderbird. Any suggestion would be appreciated.

Changes may have been made on the server side.

I can't find any sites identifying the proper settings for somocowireless.cnet.
Try changing STARTTLS to SSL/TLS.
If no change with that, try changing the port number to 995 with SSL/TLS.
