What happened to Thunderbird 60?

Today I can't color text in my mail, not even a single word. It doesn't do it.
Another problem I encountered today is I was unable to copy pictures from e-mail to clipboard. Didn't do anything. Nothing. I could not post them where I wanted to post them.
TB used to be a good product when it was created... It has got so much worse! Why is it every new version gets worse??
Too many problems to report to Bugzilla. Too many. It should not be like that.
I will install an earlier version and it should work well.

UPDATE. I followed this link: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1100393 and it seemed to work to color the text. Its kinda confusing about the option they are talking about, but it worked.
I don't know about copying the pictures yet. Its a different issue ...
