Forward email with attachment by a filter gives error

Hi list,
This one drives me crazy since a couple of weeks:
Environment:
TB 91.3.2 (32-bits)
Windows 10 Home 21H1
I have a filter that forwards a mail with an attachment, based on a certain label and the mail must be in a particular folder in order to meet the criteria. Since a couple of weeks the filterscript gives me the error: "Sending of the message failed.
There was an error attaching <name_of_attachment>.pdf. Please check that you have access to the file"
I can't recall what has changed the moment this filter wasn't working anymore. I recently changed the account from POP3 to IMAP but i'm sure it worked a while after the change.
The things i tried:
1) Stripped the filterscript so just the "forward" instruction is applied. This to exclude that other instructions are the cause of the problem.
2) Normally the script is intended for messages with a pdf attachment. I tried other fileformats without success.
3) Forwarding messages thru the filterscript without attachments works fine.
Can please someone help me out? I really need this script because it's part of an administrative workflow to send incoming invoices to an accounting package. If this doesn't work anymore i'll have to consider to abandon TB, which I want to avoid.

Are the intended attachments stored on the local computer, a network drive, somewhere else?

Could be Bug 1741805 "Sending of the message failed. There was an error attaching xxx.pdf. Please check that you have access to the file."
The bug should be fixed in version TB 91.4.0 coming soon.
