Cannot open TB at all (MAC)

Hi,

I used to use TB, then it started to become buggier and buggier, so I moved to Mail for Mac. Now and again I try it again to see if I can move back (there are aspects of mail for Mac that I don't like), but things seem to be getting worse and worse.
Now, for some reason, I cannot even open TB as as soon as I try it hangs and the spinning wheel of death appears.
I have tried with several profiles, even a new one, both in "normal" and "safe" mode.
What on earth is going on?
I am on a M1 Mac running OSX 13.1 and I am trying to run TB 102.

Any advice is welcome.

UPDATE:
On the advice given to me on another forum, I uninstalled TB best I could (i.e. deleted program and libraries) and reloaded it from scratch.
Now to open a completely bare TB takes 82 secs (I measured it). That cannot be right... I don't understand what could possibly upset TB on my computer, but the fact that this issue doesn't seem to have been reported leads me to conclude that it is indeed a local problem.

Any advice is welcome.
