I know the local folder can not be deleted ( if there is a new way let me know). My problem is my local folder is for an email address I closed two years ago. How can I point the local folder to the correct email address? No where in account settings are there any options to change local folder settings as there are for the other email accounts I have.

Local folder continues to access the old mail server. Proven by the ip address contacting the old mail server. That's the problem.
