I deleted the three duplicate threads that natural_spirit created. Please don't create duplicate threads.

I'm not aware of any mailing label functionality in Thunderbird. You could browse the collection of extensions at http://www.extensionsmirror.nl/index.php?showforum=3 to see if anybody wrote an extension to add that.
