Cannot print emails

I cannot print emails,I get a message 'an unknown error occurred while printing', I'm using TB10 and windows 7 64 bit has anybody any idea as to the problem.

Can you print from other programs?
Are you printing to the default printer?
Does the same thing occur if you launch the application in Mozilla Safe Mode? http://kb.mozillazine.org/Safe_mode

Printer works fine with all other programs.
Yes I am printing to default printer.
Works fine in safe mode.

When things work properly in Safe Mode but not in standard it indicates that an installed extension is causing problems. Try disabling all extensions but one and then close and restart the program. (Disable them by using menu path Tools->Addons->Extensions->click on "Disable" for every extension but one.) See if the problem is present. If not, enable an additional extension and close and restart the application. Repeat this procedure until the problem reappears. The last enabled extension will be the cause of the problem.

DanRaisch, tried what you suggested it was a extension called 'Silvermel and Charamel' that caused the problem, everything fine now. Many thanks for your help.
