I'm using filters to sort emails into subfolders. Some of those folders contain emails I don't need to read, but need to keep. For example, my WordPress site sends me database back ups once a week. I also have folders to track leads from some of my websites.
I was wondering if there's a way to mark some subfolders to automatically mark emails as read so I don't have a bunch of bold folders.
Thanks,
John
Is there a way to automatically mark some folders read?

You could add another action to the filters that move the messages to those folders. Mark the messages as read AND move to the desired folder.
