feature request: delayed send - panic cancel button

Hi all,

Am I the only one that has sent emails erroneously to the wrong people and even to people that were definitely NOT allowed to see them?
The autocomplete of emails is a great feature but it has happened to me a couple of times that the wrong email was autocompleted and the message was sent to the wrong person.
I usually notice this just after clicking the send button, but than it is too late. I think it would be a great feature (or addon) if there was an option that would show a popup screen with a 'loading bar' that would appear for 1 or 2 seconds (possibly configurable) after clicking the send button. The popup should show the recipients of the message and would have a very large cancel button that would take the user back and allow to edit the mail.

I did not find an addon with this feature.

What do you guys think: good idea?
Does anyone have the skills to develop this?

Hi,
I know what you meant & what you need, but I doubt whether anything like that is available, at present.

Maybe look for, "check before send" or similar?
