(Resolved) secure connection failed

(Resolved) secure connection failed

I am running W7 om my other PC and can receive email, but can not send, I get an error message that reads: "One or more of the characters you entered for the short date format is invalid" I was able to change the month and day, but not the year. The date is 5 years back. :?:

Problem solved. Had to change clock time synchronization from windows time to Gov't Time.
