Hello,
Manually Sort Folders in Thunderbird 17.0.5 doesn't work for me any longer. When I bring it up all I get is a blank white rectangle where the list of accounts / folders should be. Anyone else experiencing this or have a remedy ? I've tried reinstalling but the same problem happens.
I should also mention that the drop down menu in the sort folder tab is also blank. And the refresh, close buttons don't work

Re: Manually sort folders
Hi,
I've never used that extension but have you tried contacting the developer?
Are you using the latest version?
ref; > https://addons.mozilla.org/en-us/thunde ... t-folders/
Possibly try Mozilla Safe Mode?

Moving this to Thunderbird Support...

Re: Manually sort folders
I installed version 1.1.1 of that add-on from the Mozilla add-ons web site in Thunderbird 45.0 and had no problem manually sorting some of the folders. I suspect you need to expand the version information section near the bottom of that web page until you find the link for version 1.1. It supports Thunderbird 17.0a1 - 42.0. The latest version only supports version 45.0 - 48.0a1.

I did have to downgrade to 1.1. The developer was prompt to respond. Re: Manually sort folders
Thanks tanstaafl.
I missed that jgrider was running v17 & not the latest one.
