Migrating from Outlook

I have a client who uses Outlook 2007. I've convinced her to switch to Thunderbird, but the new version doesn't allow importing from outlook. Is there a plugin that will work?

Try installing an older version of TB, e.g. 17, run the import wizard, and then install the current version over the existing version.
