Win 10 pro 160906
Just installed Thunderbird and like it. All is well except when hovering over an icon the popup window is quite large -- about 1/4 the entire desktop. (I can't get a screenshot while the popup is active, but could take a photo if needed.) While not a critical error it is distracting. Any ideas?

Are you talking about tooltips? For instance if I hover the mouse cursor over the address book icon in the main toolbar it pops up a small window (just high enough to contain one line of text with a border) that says "Go to the address book".

Yes, "tooltips." But I have the answer. I use Actual Windows Manager and set the startup size for Thunderbird. But AWM sees the tooltips as windows and attempts to resize them. Turned off AWM and all was well.
