Links in Emails Quit Working with 45.4.0

Since version 45.4.0 was installed, none of the links in my emails work. I did discover a work around - I right click the link, copy the link, Alt-Tab to Firefox and paste in the link, but that's a pain! Instead of one click convenience, it's two clicks and two key combinations (three if I need to open a new tab).
Is there a way to fix this? Thank you.
