How to change Thunderbird Attachment Box/View Position

Hi Experts,

I was looking for a way to change the attachment box position from bottom to top. I have seen the below articles and tried those methods but it did not worked. When I used those codes the message pane itself does not load. I only get the To/CC/Subject part of the message pane.

I am using Thunderbird version 45.6.0

Can anybody help me with this?

I am using Thunderbird version 78.9.0 64bit
I also want such a feature. But it looks like it is very simple. Suggested links are now too old. I am looking working with Thunderbird version 78.9. Otherwise I will have to open a new topic. Because I want this feature very much.
In short, if it can be decoded with code, I'm sure someone will help.
