Is there a simple way to change how the message list look?
I have to say right now it uses space very well and everything is compact and listed, but i personally prefer bigger icons in everything i do, they are easy on my eyes.
So i was thinking, like a file browser has a list view and an icon view, is there an add-on or a setting i haven't notice that will allow me to view the messages list in a different mode?
There is a lot of customization in thunderbid, i was just wondering if there also was this option

Not that I'm aware of. If you want bigger icons your best bet is to install a "complete" theme with larger icons. See https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/thunde ... te-themes/
There are also add-ons to replace just the scrollbar such as https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/thunde ... rs/?src=ss . There are various ways to change the font/fonts size , see http://kb.mozillazine.org/Bad_Eyesight_-_Thunderbird
