Filter rules missing one folder

Hi

I was setting up some filters for mail I get daily and was going fine but oddly when I got to the last mail I noticed a folder is missing from the filter rules area.

In my main area of local folders the folder is there but when I go into the filter rules and set the address then go to the bottom to move the mail to the specific folder the folder is not in the list of folder choices.

Is there any ways to make the folder appear as an option in the filter rules set up area?

yeah sorry the double post I hit submit then had to check a mail and when I came back I didn't see the alert about it having to be approved so thought it did not post so reason the second one.
