Attatchment pane above the mail content

Hello,

I have been trying to find any way to do this but the only solutions i find are from 2007 and dont work anymore, and i cant seem to find an extension or something to change it.

I want to change the position of the attachment pane to be just below the recipients, above the message itself, instead of being at the bottom because i tend to miss them in that position, something like in the picture:

I'm on 45.8.0 , any idea how to work around this? it seems like a relatively simple thing yet i cant find any solution, thanks!

I found that thread before but it doesnt seem to work anymore, when i add the userchrome file it removes the pane on the left showing the mailbox so i cant see anything, plus a null message below shows up, removing the userchrome.css file brings it back to normal
