User Help for Mozilla Thunderbird

Everything looks fine, and I use it throughout the day.
Then I go to click on an email, and TB crashes.
Latest version.
Windows 10
Anyone else?

Try running in safe mode (help -> restart with add-ons disabled), it might be due to one of your add-ons. I'm not talking about windows safe mode, which is something quite different.

I suggest you also run a memory diagnostic, and have windows check your disk drive for errors. See ... -windows-8 and
