Need Code to Unmaximize then Maximize TB

I usie an extension that only works when I unmaximize then maximize TB when it starts up. Is there a code In can add to userChrome.css to unmaximize then maximize TB when it starts?

You can't run commands with the userChrome.css file.

CSS is for styling.
JavaScript is for adding responsiveness.
HTML and XUL are for creating the basic structure.
