I'm trying to set up my GoDaddy email into Thunderbird.
Everything is correct, according to GoDaddy. We checked and double checked it all but when I set up the new account, the email/pwd is not recognized.
Is there anyway to troubleshoot this in Thunderbird? Does anyone have any ideas or has this happened to anyone with the same error msg?
It's an email set up from their Workspace Email; they host our organization, Keys to Peace at keystopeace.org. The email I was trying to set up is xxxx@keystopeace.org.
