Some emails are from the President of the US or other advertisers & have no "unsubscribe" link is there any action I can take to get rid of them other than the junk button, WHICH DOESN'T ALWAYS WORK FOR FUTURE EMAILS! What triggers putting stuff in the SPAM folder?
Win 10 Pro desktop, but now 64-bit latest Windows 10. Usually latest or latest-1 Thunderbird on this machines.

See this to be sure that Junk Mail Controls are properly configured in both locations in Thunderbird.
