Message Filters - unexpected behaviour

I use IMAP and use for the same account on multiple computers running at the same time.
I am using it for many years and filters run perfect.

inbox - filter moving to subfolder, if I workout email I move it back to inbox, but now without any change in configuration, if I move email back to inbox it is again moved to subfolder.

in filter setting I have "use filter" - when receiving emails.

did the logic of thunderbird filters changed? is there any bug or where to search problem?

I see you posted on May 25th which is the exact same day my TB updated to version 52.1.1
If yours updated that day as well you may want to try reverting back to the previous version you had to see if that resolves the issue for you, it did for me.
