Thunderbird may be "causing" the issue but it looks more like a problem with the video card or driver than it does anything to do with the Thunderbird software. What video card is installed and are you using the latest driver?

This is driving me nuts !!!
I have been using T/B since before it was Thunderbird !!!
I don't recall anything like this happening before.
IF I reboot T/B it comes back OK, but it will do it again soon . . .

HELP !!!!

Don

My computer went nuts when I tried to update the video driver ..
Am using the "on board" video "card" in this old ass computer.
I don't really want upgrade to a "newer" windows operating system.
I currently have three XP systems two linux machines
as well as three three Raspberry pies, but only use two for e-mail.
both are XP. with Thunderbird.

Will just keep watching and see what happens.

Thanks

Don
