I have 3 email accounts at Frontier. Using Mozilla Thunderbird I can't log on to get my emails with just one of the accounts. I get a message: "Sending of password for user **Username Protected**@frontier.com did not succeed. Mail server pop3.frontier.com responded: [SYS/TEMP] Server error - Please try again later." I can access this account by webmail. I online chatted with a tech but after a few things to check out, he wasn't able to help me, suggesting that I refer to Mozilla.
"Server error" typically means its a temporary problem with the mail server, not the email client. That also seems consistent with two of the Frontier accounts working. Its probably a host specific problem. Even though each account specifies the same mail server I suspect some of your accounts get mapped to different hosts.
I searched the official Mozilla support forum, I couldn't find anything similar for Frontier. One of the posts did link to https://frontier.com/helpcenter/categor ... hunderbird which talks about using a app specific password with Thunderbird. Are you?

Yes I am the author at yahoo forum. I am not using a specific password for using Thunderbird.
