Ok I want it to look like my first email account and get rid of the folders circled below.
Is that possible?
This is with IMAP email.

Unsubscribe from those particular IMAP folders and use menu path Tools->Account Settings->Copies & Folders to choose the target for storing messages for Sent and Junk messages. (Thunderbird doesn't use the term SPAM for any folder name).
