trouble forwarding (currently in 52.2.1, 32-bit)

Post by terrathunderbird »

Hi folks... since the most recent update, I've had trouble forwarding attachments from my sent folder. Two things are going on.

Suppose I sent an email with attachments as well as in-line graphics.

Now I want to forward that email with the attachments and in-line graphics just as I'd sent it the first time.

This used to work perfectly.

Now, with the latest version, when I hit "forward", the email forwards fine. BUT the in-line graphics disappear and the attachments are no longer attached to the forwarded emai.

Any ideas?

Does the same thing occur if you launch the application in Mozilla Safe Mode? http://kb.mozillazine.org/Safe_mode

Thanks, Dan...

Yes, it still happens.

Also, how can I now turn my add ons back on? Do I do it with each individually? Oops. My second try at restart turned them back on...

Now, back to the forwarding issue... Any other ideas?

Where are the graphics in the messages stored? Are they on the local computer hard drive or some external source?

Hello! This is still happening, not only with files, but graphics, too. IF I go into my webmail account (don't use T-bird), it doesn't happen. So it seems to be isolated to T-bird
