I'm using Thunderbird 52.2.1 (32 bit), and have been for years. I have 4 email accounts and for the past few months it has started asking me for the passwords each time I attempt to use one of my Yahoo accounts. I've uninstalled and reinstalled Thunderbird, deleted and re-entered the accounts, and tried using both the POP and IMAP settings, but nothing has worked.
Can you suggest anything else?

Re: Thunderbird keeps asking for amail account passwords
No offense, but are you telling Thunderbird to remember the password when you enter it? (There's a check box in the password entry dialogue.)
You seem to indicate that there is at least one other accounts with Yahoo in Thunderbird that is not requesting the password. Is that correct?

Yes I did check the box to remember the password. I have two Yahoo accounts as well as two other email accounts in Thunderbird, and they have all worked fine up until recently as I mentioned in my original post.
