troubles with text size and reading messages

hi there

I am using TB 52.2.1 and win 10 pro

I am having hell of a time, because I am old and a dummy, to be able to read my messages, and when I am wring messgaes to send.

I have checked out Options/display/formatting, and Advanced, but can't find a solution to my problem

I have also tried the app "Theme Font & Size changer" with no success

I know I can make the text larger when I open a message, but I would like the text to be larger when it opens a message, and also when I go to compose a message

At present it's set to Calabri 17
