Can't send email

Can't send email
When I send an email I am stopped by a screen claiming cookies are disabled. I checked Chrome and they are not disabled. Are there cookies in Thunderbird. See link: https://goo.gl/photos/kioZF3iXR3jcAK4N7

Cookies in Chrome have nothing to do with Thunderbird. In Thunderbird use menu path Tools->Options->Privacy->Web Content->make sure that "Accept cookies from sites" is selected (checked).
