Had a lot of trouble with the above. Most of the time I found doing a froward & printing that solved the problem. But at least 2 formats
still have the problem (.jpg & 1 other). any ideas on the subject?

It would help if you told us what the trouble was that you had when trying to forward or print those messages? What error messages or conditions?

I assume that for security reasons you view your mail as 'Plain Text', but the received mail itself was created as 'Original HTML' or 'Simple HTML'.walkerpbus wrote:... any ideas on the subject?
Open the message then click View on the Menu Bar [if not displayed click on the 'Hamburger' at top right move to View or right click on top above the message and check mark the Menu Bar].
Then move further down in the View to 'Message Body As' and mark one of the HTML choices. The display changes instantly and the print changes can be checked over File --> Print preview on the menu bar.
Afaik 'real' Attachments need to be viewed/printed in a second step [also those created 'fake' Attachments within the Plain Text display can be opened with a browser application and then printed].

Format difficulties in TB -->Tools -->Options -->Attachments --> Incoming bar --> click on content type which highlights and opens some options. Since I not using win10 I can not further assist you. Please search the web 'how to open jpg on win 10' e.g. this article may give you an idea: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/win ... plies#tabs
