Capture screen size cannot be adjusted in 52.3 ver.

Capture screen size could be adjusted freely in previous version like 45, but it becomes to add
new line on the top of message when I click the capture screen attached on message whatever
left or right click.

Are you saying you can't adjust the size of an attachment when you open it, if the attachment is a screen shot?

What are you using to open the attachment? I typically use IrfanView for example to view any image attachments that Thunderbird opens
