How do you find the log files that track all & any errors I get when TB isn't working?
Specifically when TB isn't connecting correctly to the servers.
Thanks

Re: Log Files
They aren't created by default. You need to set some environmental variables that specify what type of logging you want, and in what file, and then restart Thunderbird. However, if Thunderbird doesn't manage to make a tcp-ip connection to the mail server nothing gets logged.

Ok, that's what my website coder figured although we hoped it would give us more details when there are issues.
